NEW ORLEANS DESTINATION WEDDING AT THE CAPITAL ON BARRONE
Caroline & Hayes had a romantic destination wedding in New Orleans which was planned and designed by Sara Fay Egan Events. They had a beautiful ceremony and mass celebration at the historic Immaculate Conception Jesuit Church followed by a fun 2nd line march down to thier reception at the Capital on Barrone.
Their Reception hall was beautifully decorated with florals and candles by Leaf & Petal paired with gorgeous seating and furniture provided by Distressed Rentals.
One of my favorite aspects of their wedding day was Caroline’s Cake which was created by Chasing Wang and had a gorgeous show-stopping floral instalation surrounding it. Hayes also had a custom cake made in the likeness of their dog Gumbo and it even had the emblems for thier college tennis teams (Alabama & Georgia) incorporated in the base of the cake.
This really set the tone for a beautiful and memorable wedding day which included a sweet first look moment between Caroline & Hayes at their private residence in Metarie, and an electric first dance at their reception with all of their friends & family cheering them on!
